As one of the five founding members of Renomark, Mark Jackson (Jackson & Associates) was looking to create an equal playing field for good contractors and fight the underground economy. An instrumental force in creating the Renomark guidelines, a code of ethics for renovators, Mark Jackson helped to build Renomark into a national program that has since been picked up by building organizations across Canada as the standard by which renovators operate. It is the only program of its kind in North America and prides itself in awarding great local renovators for their excellence in the renovation field, continually offering education seminars for contractors as well as creating a warranty program that is tied to TARION (new home builders warranty).

Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada: What it means to us.
Seeing first hand from some of our employees how MS has affected their lives and those around them, we decided to become more involved in the search for a cure.
As we researched, we found out that Canada has the largest per capita of MS in the world. In 2008 we became involved with a group of people also dealing with MS effects with family, friends and co workers. Our goal was to raise $150,000 for the research and care of MS patients and their families. Together, we surpassed our goal and raised $153,000 with fundraisers and events geared towards awareness and publicity for MS. At the end of the fundraising, the Team of 23 finished off with a challenging climb to walk the Inca trail to Machu Pichu.
